This little pear measures 8 x 10 inches with it's crazy little frame which needs another frame if it is ever going to hang on a wall. For now it's happily sitting on my shelf and it's my fave!

Hi Em,

Well the last two postings prior to this one left me speechless - absolutely and beautifully spectacular paintings. This pear seems to have a body and leaves which literally lift off the paper - much like the raised portions of the frame in which they sit. I don't know why, but the pear just makes me feel "happy"! I am so glad to see you planning a few small paintings - it means we get to enjoy seeing more of your work. By the way, I really like the web design you created for Shasta's website. :-) Have a great weekend!

Hi Marcia,

I adore this little painting! The dimension of the pear and leaves, the texture and color of the background; just a beautiful, clean little pear that makes you smile. Thank you for sharing it!

Hi Em,

I love your pear and it's frame! I so enjoy your little paintings, I agree that you need to do more small paintings.
